As mentioned in the previous post, we are currently fundraising for teh 2nd Phase of construction for 22 Church Street.
In the 1st Phase we performed the following:
Completely removed the existing concrete slab,
Laid in new plumbing
Laid new electrical
Repointed Masonry
Installed New Windows
Installed New Roll Up Doors
We have made a lot of progress, but we’ll need to complete Phase 2 in order to use the building.
Phase 2 will include the following:
New Standard Doors for the front entrance
New A/C Unit for the first floor
Bathrooms (built & furnished)
5 offices built
Lighting for 1st Floor
Plumbing & Electrical Run
Spray Foam First Floor
Upon completion of Phase 2, we’ll begin moving existing programs into the building and establish the “One-Stop” for those seeking assistance in workforce development.
